james talk

Talking with James really helped me figure out what direction to take my game ideas and he was really receptive and engaging with what I was showing him.
We talked about whether going forward I wanted to make a 3D or 2D game, and whether I should do some experimentation with 3D models with pixel art sprites using lampysprites plugin for blender. However, I wasn't too confident with creating an entirely 3D game myself due to the huge workload this would create and that 3D games aren't great with platformers which was what I was hoping to go forward with. James reassured me that if creating a 2D game would help with development and it's something I'm capable of then I should go forward with it and not create more work for myself by trying to figure out how 3D models would work.
I think after this talk I have a way more solid idea of what I want to do and it's given me a great idea of how to go about creating an idea.
